INGREDIENTS
1oz Pisco
½oz Irish whiskey
½oz Lillet
¾oz fresh lemon juice
¾oz Blood orange and
sumac cordial**
1oz egg white
dried sumac powder

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except sumac powder to shaker tin. Dry shake. Add ice and shake ’til cold. Double strain into a coupe. Sprinkle sumac powder on top and serve.

**Blood orange and sumac cordial
Juice 500ml of fresh blood orange juice and add equal parts sugar. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of either dried or fresh sumac. Place all ingredients in saucepan and heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and strain through cheesecloth or fine strainer. Let cool and enjoy. —Emily Orr
