Cory Urquhart eats, sleeps and breathes enVie—and is totally happy to, thanks to his dedicated staff, which he calls “a really cool family.” While offering innovative dishes that help folks explore plant-based eating is what enVie’s been after since the very beginning, he wants to be one of Halifax’s best restaurants, period.
