What’s a guy got to do to earn the title The Friendly Agent? “I don’t think I’m abnormally friendly, but I’m not straight-laced,” says 2012’s Best Real Estate Agent gold winner, Marco “The Friendly Agent” Di Quinzio. “I can make what is sometimes a stressful process fun.” Bored of the “soap opera photos” real estate agents tend to brand themselves with, Di Quinzio took a risk with a caricature of himself in 2006, using his approachability as a selling feature, and wouldn’t you know a sense of humour goes a long way. “Dealing with sometimes serious and stressful things, I try to keep it lighthearted,” says Di Quinzio. “After all, I use comedy to get though my own miserable life.”
