While The Battered Fish’s co-owner Jason Bourgoin says they don’t want to reveal too many secrets about their award-winning fries, one thing’s for sure: they cook ‘em just right—using high-grade oils and sea salt to season, your fries are fresh every time. “Customers know that we’re doing everything from scratch, everything’s coming in fresh and everything’s always cooked to order for you,” says Bourgoin. “So I think that makes a big difference for everyone.” Oh, it certainly does.
