Best Fish Cakes

Kim Emma Stacey, the “Emma” in Emma’s Eatery, was not expecting to win. “Nobody was even talking about voting for us,” says the head chef/owner, who also added that in her first year of business---this is her fourth---she had been pushing to win Best Fishcakes.Stacey says her fishcakes don’t deviate away from the traditional recipe, “like grandma taught me.” Fresh fish on the inside, crispy on the outside, and served with homemade green tomato chow. Scrumptious!
