If it’s good enough for Harrison Ford, it’s good enough for you. Executive chef Sam Jaggi says the key is the huge, hot clay ovens that all the food is cooked in or on. Bread is cooked in 30 seconds flat. “We’re the only ones in the Maritimes to have that kind of oven,” says Jaggi. “That’s what people like about the food.” And Jaggi, who comes from New Delhi, says all the food is authentic and all the recipes his own. And something about that makes it, by far, your favourite place for Indian food.

Runner-up: Curry Village, 5677 Brenton, 429-5010
